That’s what Saints fans are saying – and hoping.
St Kilda is longing for a power forward that can win a match off his own boot – and former Western Jet White may be the man.
His goal in the second term for Sandringham on Saturday – where he took off on a wing and bounced his way into goal will live in VFL folklore for season 2013. It would have biggest Saints critic or sceptic that little bit excited.

But Saints development coach Simon McPhee played down White’s chances for an imminent AFL debut, suggesting he still had things to work on his game. One of those maybe his inaccuracy in front of goal. He kicked 3.3 and one out on the full for Sandringham in its win over Werribee.
“He’s a development player, he’s got some good coaches working with him, Adam Kingsley, Aaron Hamill and Paul Hudson, they’re all working with him and he knows he has to keep working hard and he’s putting the work in, he’s a great kid,” McPhee said.
“He’s got some talent but he’s got to keep working hard and that’s the key to him. He’s got a great work ethic and he listens and he’s obviously talented so all of those things put together, hopefully it all works out for him.”
“We just want him to keep improving and that’ll be up to the senior coach to make those decisions (when he makes his AFL debut),” he said.
